Georgia North Logistics Park is strategically located in the Northwest Industrial Atlanta submarket, also known as the “carpet capital of the world.” This state-of-the-art industrial park is within the growth corridor, 60 miles northwest of Downtown Atlanta and 60 miles southeast of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The immediate access to I-75 is ideal; it provides tenants with reduced transportation costs, excellent visibility, and, in turn, enhanced marketability. The industrial park will consist of 3,400,000 SF developed in four phases, including: the first, a 766,000 SF building completed in January 2020; the second, a 500,000 SF building completed in April 2022; and the third, a 1,010,000 SF distribution center completed in January 2024.
